Abstract

Perkembangan pesat generative artificial intelligence (AI) telah menciptakan paradigma baru dalam penciptaan konten digital sekaligus menghadirkan tantangan kompleks bagi perlindungan hak cipta. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi model perlindungan hak cipta digital berbasis blockchain pada era generative AI melalui integrasi Non-Fungible Token (NFT) dan smart contract. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis kajian pustaka sistematis dan analisis doktrinal-normatif, penelitian ini mensintesis temuan tahun 2021–2025. Populasi terdiri atas regulasi, dokumen kebijakan, dan artikel ilmiah bereputasi tentang hak cipta dan generative AI, dengan sampel purposif berdasarkan relevansi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan protokol telaah dokumen dan dianalisis secara tematik mengikuti kerangka Braun dan Clarke. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan blockchain mampu menghadirkan perlindungan hak cipta yang otomatis, transparan, dan tahan manipulasi, dengan integrasi NFT dan smart contract mendukung registrasi, lisensi, dan penegakan yang efisien. Kesimpulan menegaskan potensi blockchain sebagai fondasi perlindungan hak cipta digital, meski diperlukan uji empiris dan harmonisasi regulasi lebih lanjut.
