Abstract

Pengujian perangkat lunak menjadi krusial dalam pengembangan sistem inventory berbasis web untuk institusi pendidikan seperti UPTD SDN Jurang Mangu Barat 02, di mana pengelolaan barang, transaksi penggunaan, pemesanan, dan pelaporan sering terganggu kesalahan manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji fungsionalitas aplikasi menggunakan black box testing berdasarkan standar ISO/IEC 29119 untuk mengidentifikasi kesesuaian fungsi dan defect. Jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode black box testing, populasi seluruh modul aplikasi (11 modul utama), sampel total sampling 100 test case purposive. Instrumen test case tabel dan laporan bug, teknik analisis perbandingan expected-actual result dengan triangulasi pengamatan. Hasil menunjukkan 75% test case PASS pada autentikasi dasar, dashboard, CRUD, transaksi, dan laporan, namun 25% FAIL pada keamanan akses, validasi stok negatif/ID duplikat, sinkronisasi stok, serta 7 bug critical-medium. Kesimpulan merekomendasikan perbaikan prioritas defect untuk keandalan sistem, dengan keterbatasan non-fungsional dan saran testing lanjutan berbasis Selenium-OWASP.
