Abstract

Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) krusial meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian Indonesia, namun distribusinya timpang antar subsektor, memicu ketidakoptimalan ketahanan pangan dan daya saing ekspor. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis ketimpangan realisasi PMA sektor pertanian triwulanan 2025 menggunakan Business Intelligence (BI). Pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif diterapkan pada populasi data PMA nasional dari BKPM dan BPS hingga Triwulan III 2025, dengan total sampling dataset open data. Instrumen berupa data sekunder (Excel/CSV) diolah melalui proses ETL, dianalisis via Microsoft Excel dan Tableau untuk dashboard visual tren, distribusi subsektor, serta korelasi ekspor-investasi. Hasil menunjukkan Tanaman Pangan-Perkebunan mendominasi 95% PMA, Perikanan-Kehutanan hanya 2,27%-1,93%, dipimpin investor Indonesia (710 juta US$), Singapura, Malaysia, dengan PMA berbanding lurus ekspor. Kesimpulan menyatakan BI efektif memetakan disparitas akibat risiko subsektor dan stabilitas investor, merekomendasikan insentif inklusif dan monitoring data-driven.
